needed to get out

I can't help myself to call FD this evening.
chatted on the phone for more than 40 min.I m totally insane.

but if i dun make this call,I should've been freaking out right now.
I needed to talk to them,my precious people.
I need to say something to get out of the depressed mood.Even the context is totally unrelated.

I m doing my work now.
